Common questions
Do I pay the entire project again every month?
No. Setup is charged once. The first checkout combines setup and the first monthly payment; following periods charge the recurring monthly amount.
Is access activated immediately after payment?
The payment and project status are separate. Your project needs agreed content and setup. Modules are enabled after review and handover.
Where can I manage invoices and my subscription?
Use the Stripe billing portal with your checkout email address to view invoices, update payment details or request cancellation at the end of the billing period. Open billing portal ↗
Can I discuss a larger project?
